Iseära is a new self-proclaimed garden city of the future being built at Lake Harku. This garden city is made up of terraced houses with gable roofs, all of which have their own specific characteristics. Both internal and external. What those special features are, depends on you, your specifications and the choices we make with you.
Iseära is not located in the middle of bustling city life. Rocca al Mare Shopping Center is a few minutes away by car, but there are definitely days when you don’t even want to go to the city. After all, there is an Internet connection, and there is already enough to do. For example, you have to constantly inspect the surroundings and nature at Lake Harku, because it is a little different every day.
If you are moving to Iseära, it is probably not because you want to stay at home every day. Therefore, every home here features a terrace. The terraces, in turn, lead to the park area between the houses. And from there to a party. Or at least a pleasant community life.
There is a unique, but practical park area between Iseära’s houses, where you can enjoy both culture and work out. Perhaps to chat or run and exercise. The park area is designed for young and old alike, as well as for everyone who considers themselves somewhere in between.
Iseära’s biggest ambition is to find a balance between ‘me’ and ‘us’. The faces of the houses do not differ from each other like night and day, but are rather similar, yet still different. So that everyone’s attributes could form a neighbourhood with a single soul.
The colour schemes of the facades vary but are always borrowed from the surrounding nature. From lake reflections, forest trails and blue evening skies.
